I, [Participant's Name], hereby acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in activities organized by the Carolinas Young Naturist Association (CYNA). I understand that these activities may involve physical exertion, exposure to outdoor elements, and social interaction with other participants.

In consideration of being permitted to participate in CYNA activities, I hereby agree to assume all risks associated with my participation, including but not limited to:

Physical injury, illness, or harm that may occur during the activities.
Damage or loss of personal property.
Exposure to adverse weather conditions.
Accidents or incidents arising from the use of facilities or equipment provided by CYNA.
I understand that CYNA and its organizers, volunteers, and affiliates (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Released Parties") cannot guarantee my safety or eliminate all risks associated with participation in naturist activities. I acknowledge that naturism involves being nude in social settings and that I am participating in such activities voluntarily and at my own risk.

I hereby release, waive, and discharge CYNA and all Released Parties from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or illness, including death, that may be sustained by me during CYNA activities, regardless of whether such claims arise from the negligence of any Released Party or otherwise.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless CYNA and all Released Parties from and against any and all liabilities or expenses (including attorney's fees and court costs) arising from or related to my participation in CYNA activities.

I certify that I am of legal age and possess the legal capacity to enter into this waiver agreement, or that I have obtained consent from my parent or legal guardian if I am under the age of 18.

I have carefully read this liability waiver and fully understand its contents. I am aware that by signing this waiver, I am giving up certain legal rights, including the right to sue CYNA and Released Parties. I voluntarily sign this waiver with the understanding that it is legally binding and enforceable.
